The Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies and the Honors College will host an information session to learn about Fulbright program grants for students and faculty in Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria.  The speaker will be Dr. Károly Jókay, Executive Director, Fulbright Hungary. He is an expert in municipal finance and bankruptcy. Jókay taught municipal finance, public budgeting and public management in the Department of Public Policy at Central European University between 2005 and 2017.
